Product Description

This highly efficient baseboard heater covers an approximate area of 130-180 square feet. This unit is rated at 110/120 volts, 300/1500 Watts, and 2.5/12.5 Amperes.

The built-in thermostat operates at Celsius/Fahrenheit with -1 degree accuracy. It is right side mounted, with a 6 ft. cord, and 3 prong plug. Safety features include a Tip Switch / Thermal Cutoff.

hydrosil sets industry standard

Hello Folks at Hydrosil. I am just writing to tell you that you have the most useful and economical product I have ever used!! You have the industry standard with your lifetime warranty. I have used those sealed oil heaters that look like old fashioned radiators and the warranty is only for one year and the last one I had quit before a year was up and it would have cost more to ship it back than it cost. They are Junk!! I have had my 5ft Hydromax portable heater since 9-16-2007 and have never had a problem with it at all. It is the absolute best heater on the market today. I would recommend it to anybody as the world's best heat source. I have two furnaces in my home and I don't use them at all. I just use the Hydrosil and move it from room to room. It is just a remarkable unit! Thank you so much and also the price has not increased in over 5 years. Unbelievable!!

My 60 year old house has antiquated ceil heat that ran the heating bill up over $300 one month last year. I bought two of the Portable 120v Silicone Model - Hydro-Max 53 inch this year. So far the two heaters have worked well on their own for the mild winter in TN so far. Tonight is down in low 20s so have supplemental ifrared heater that I will replace soon with another whisper quiet Silicone heater. I like the quiet non-glowing heat of the silicone heater versus the noisy fan driven models. Central heat makes a lot more noise and the heat can feel slightly chilly because of forced fan. I do keep two rooms closed off. I feel that four of these heaters on their own would keep my entire house toasty warm on the nights that did down in the 20s!

Out of all the portable heaters we have tried, Eden Pure, the box heaters at our local store, nothing compares. The soft heat that emits from the unit, totally quiet and really safe. And the it is really easy on the electric. Hydro-Sil you make a great product.
