Shipping

Shipping methods are UPS Small Package as well as UPS Freight.

Shipping deliveries are made within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Because of demand some products may take longer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty & Return Information.

Portable Silicone Heater has a 30 day return policy on any unused portables.

Full store credit may be applied to exchanges for permanent 240v silicone heaters within 60 day's of purchase date. Must call to obtain an MRA number and instructions for all models and returns prior to return shipment.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened portable heater, thermostats and or accessorie items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping cost. You must call {800} 627-9276 to obtain an MRA return number and return procedures.

Full credit of purchase towards any exchanges for the permanent silicone heaters within 60 day's of the purchase date.

Life Time Replacement Policy - Depending on the nature of the defect, Hydro-Sil's warranty offers two options:

A} Replace the defective heater. All defective heaters must be returned to Hydro-Sil.

B} Replace the defective part. The defective part may be discarded.

Notify Hydro-Sil of defect and for warranty instructions.

No allowance will be made for job site labor, or other charges or expenses incurred by the consumer in the repair or replacement of defective parts. This warranty does NOT apply to damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, faulty installation, accidents, abuse or misuse. 

There are no warranties made by the manufacturer, expressed or implied, except as specifically set forth above. The manufacturer neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the heater or sale thereof, other than expressed herein.
