Hydro-Sil heating works like this: Inside the heater's case is a sealed copper tube filled with a harmless, permanent Hydro-Silicone fluid. It will not boil or freeze during operation or storage and it
never needs refilling or replacing - it will last a lifetime.

Running through the silicone fluid is a nickel-chromium variable watt element that, when the heater thermostat is turned on, quickly warms the liquid to the optimum operating temperature desired. The heat radiating from the liquid-filled tube is directed by large fins into a gentle convection flow that delivers warm, comfortable heat into the room.

Quality Constructed

  1. Nickel-chromium "Hair Pin" element encased in a copper sheath, inserted in a larger liquid silicone-filled copper tube.

Hydro-Element

New exclusive "Hair Pin" nickel-chromium element doubles the surface area to heat the fluid. A 6 ft heater has 12 ft of element. Element automatically heats liquid. After several minutes, the electricity shuts off, allowing the Hydro-Sil fluid to continue heating, reducing the amount of time electricity is used.
